We purchased new equipment and established a new color Bumper Plate workshop in 2014. At the same time, The International Trade Department was established.
With the outbreak of the pandemic, the development of the health equipment industry has been greatly stimulated. In order to deliver orders faster, 10 million yuan was invested in purchasing new equipment in 2020, which greatly expanded production capacity.
In 2020, the sales of rubber bumper plates exceed RMB 12 million. At present, there are more than 10 international sales staff, all of whom have more than 5 years of foreign trade experience. Products have been sold to more than 40 countries and regions including the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom.
The company purchased 16,000 square meters of industrial land in Laixi, Qingdao in 2022, and plans to build a production workshop area of 50,000 square meters. The construction of the new factory will enhance new product research and development, improve the production environment, increase production efficiency, and improve the storage turnover capacity. By then, there will be a qualitative improvement in the services of consolidation transportation and substitute purchase.

We have 3 close rubber mixer and 3 open rubber mixer located in three separate workshops. Colored rubber and black rubber are mixed in separate equipment, and this production method ensures the color purity and quality stability of colored products. After mixing each batch of rubber, the technicians will test the specimen with a rotorless vulcanizer to confirm the vulcanization time and temperature.

We have 40 vulcanizing machines for barbell plates and hexagonal dumbbells, including 10 300-ton evacuation vulcanizers. Stable machine performance and a large number of machines allow us to deliver orders quickly. The configuration of ancillary equipment, including preform machines and rubber cutting machines, is of great help in improving production efficiency. Each weighing machine is regularly calibrated by a third-party company to ensure that the ratios are rigorous and that the weight tolerances of the barbell pieces are controlled.
